We all get confronted with the flesh - in others and in ourselves.

How do we do this?
The first thing is to take up your cross daily, reckoning yourself dead to sin and alive to God in righteousness (Romans 6:11). That means, my thoughts are taken captive in obedience to Christ (2 Cor 10:5) and I simply refuse to think negatively. If that door is closed on the enemy, my meditation will be sweet and peaceful, setting the mood for my emotions to be joyful and peaceful. It is an act of my will!
When my heart is set in the open portal of prayer and worship unto the Most High, my mind, will, emotions and atmosphere will be saturated in the glory, which becomes a defense around me. This leaves no opening for the enemy to infiltrate.
Being about my Father's business is my occupation.
When something negative comes at me, it simply bounces off. But at the same time, God's glory Presence must increase so that it invades the atmosphere around me, setting the stage for miracles.
